Data Track has designed the Tracker 211 digital panel meter for low cost "no frills" applications, such as a digital temperature gauge but in demanding industrial environments. With the universal input and low cost of this panel meter, you can keep your spares inventory to a minimum. You can use the panel mounted Tracker 211 meter for measurement and display only applications or as an alarm trip. The Tracker 211 is fitted with a single alarm relay as standard.Universal InputYou can directly connect the Tracker 211 to most popular process sensors. These includeThermocouples, RTDs (3-wire), 20mA loop Transmitters and DC signals up to 100mV and 10V. The Tracker211 digital panel meter will display temperature in °C or °F to 0.1 degree resolution. Millivolt, 10 volt and 20mA DC signals can be scaled to engineering units using any portion of the -1999 to 9999 display range (with an adjustable decimal point position). There are 6 linearised thermocouple ranges for types K, T, J, N, R and S. Thermocouple inputs have automatic cold junction compensation (CJC) with up-scale sensor burnout detection. Two RTD (Pt100) ranges are also available.Transducer / Transmitter Excitation SuppliesThe Tracker 211 digital panel meter includes an isolated 24V DC transmitter supply as standard to provide power for 2-wire (4-20mA) sensors. We also provide a regulated 10V DC output for strain gauge type sensors such as pressure transducers and load cells.Alarm RelaysThe Tracker 211 digital panel meter has one alarm relay fitted as standard. You can configure Setpoints at the time of configuration or adjust them using buttons that are hidden behind the front panel. You can configure each alarm to be high or low acting.ConfigurationThe panel meter can be configured using concealed buttons; you can find these situated behind the front panel. There are no internal pots, links or switches. The Tracker 211 digital panel meter prompts the user for each setup parameter. Units of MeasurementWe supply engineering unit labels for the most common measurements including temperature, flow, distance, power and pressure.Supply Voltage: 90-265V ACDimensions: 48mm (H) x 96mm (W) x 100mm (D)Panel Cutout: 45mm (H) x 93mm (W)Depth Behind Panel: 100mm including terminals
The Tracker 221 is a universal input indicator with 4 digit display which offers unparalleled price and performance packed into a standard 1/8 DIN case. The measurement performance is significantly better than that normally associated with indicators in this price range. The powerful menu-driven software enables fast flexible set-up from the front panel or via the serial communications interface.Universal InputThe Tracker 221 series can be directly connected to most process sensors including thermocouples, RTDs (4-wire), 20mA loops, transmitters, or dc type signals. All thermosensor ranges have built-in linearisation curves and internal or external CJC is available. The display can show °C, °F or Kelvin (Absolute), with the decimal point position being user-adjustable to give the required measurement resolution or switched to automatic (auto ranging mode). Process inputs can be scaled to any engineering unit and any input can be mapped to one of the thermosensor linearisation curves.Transducer / Transmitter Excitation SuppliesThe Tracker 221 digital panel meter includes an isolated 24V DC transmitter supply as standard to provide power for 2-wire (4-20mA) sensors. Also provided is a regulated 10V DC output for strain gauge type sensors such as pressure transducers and load cells.AlarmsThe Tracker 221 has four software alarms. These can be configured by the user for alarm type, setpoint, on/off delay and on/off hysteresis value. Alarms can be individually set to be latching or non-latching and to flash a message on the front panel display when active.Serial CommunicationsThe Tracker 221 has isolated two wire RS485 serial communications, which is compatible with most SCADA software packages. All measured values and set-up parameters are accessible, however, the instruments can be set to be read only, thus protecting their configuration. Two protocols are available; MODBUS and proprietary DTPI.Universal InputTransmitter & Transducer Supplies: 24V DC/10V DC sensor excitation4 Digital Alarm Set-pointsWide Ranging Power InputIP65 Front PanelStandard 1/8 DIN SizeProgrammable Function ButtonsSerial Communications4 DigitIsolated 2 Wire RS485 Serial CommunicationsSupply Voltage: 90-265V ACDimensions: 48mm (H) x 96mm (W) x 173mm (D)Panel Cutout: 44mm (H) x 92mm (W)Depth Behind Panel: 166mm including terminals
The Tracker 224 is a universal input indicator with 5 digit display which offers unparalleled price and performance packed into a standard 1/8 DIN case. The measurement performance is significantly better than that normally associated with indicators in this price range. It can be used for simple measurement-only applications or in more demanding situations requiring digital communications, alarms, maths functions and complex signal conditioning and re-transmission. The powerful menu-driven software enables fast flexible set-up from the front panel or via the serial communications interface.Universal InputThe Tracker 224 series can be directly connected to most process sensors including thermocouples, RTDs (4-wire), 20mA loops, transmitters, or dc type signals. All thermosensor ranges have built-in linearisation curves and internal or external CJC is available. The display can show °C, °F or Kelvin (Absolute), with the decimal point position being user-adjustable to give the requiredmeasurement resolution or switched to automatic (auto ranging mode). Process inputs can be scaled to any engineering unit and any input can be mapped to one of the thermosensor linearisation curves. The Tracker 224 also has two status (Logic) inputs.Transducer / Transmitter Excitation SuppliesThe Tracker 224 digital panel meter includes an isolated 24V DC transmitter supply as standard to provide power for 2-wire (4-20mA) sensors. Also provided is a programmable 0-12 volt dc regulated output for strain gauge type sensors such as pressure transducers and load cells.Analogue OutputThe Tracker 224 is fitted with an electrically isolated analogue output which has 0.05% resolution. This can be configured by the user as 0-10 volt, 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA and can be scaled over any portion of the display range. For example, a type K thermocouple can be retransmitted as a linear 4-20 mA signal equivalent to 0-1000°C to another device such as a chart recorder or data logger. The output is linear to temperature (display value). The analogue output can be set to transmit the measured, the maximum, the minimum or the averaged value and has its own damping filter for noisy or fast moving signals.AlarmsThe Tracker 224 has four software alarms. These can be configured by the user for alarm type, setpoint, on/off delay and on/off hysteresis value. Alarms can be individually set to be latching or non-latching and to flash a message on the front panel display when active. Any of the four software alarms can operate a relay and a special AND logic function allows a relay to switch only if two or more alarm conditions are active. Relays can be configured to be energised or de-energised in the alarm condition.Serial CommunicationsThe Tracker 224 is fitted with an electrically isolated two or four wire RS 422/485 serial interface, which is compatible with most SCADA software packages. All measured values and set-up parameters are accessible, however, the instruments can be set to be read only, thus protecting their configuration.
