Large items, such as ovens and furnaces, will be charged and shipped separately according to the table above, i.e. one carriage charge per large item, in addition to the rest of the order.
Collection
Alternatively you can choose 'Collection from TMS by Customer', we will inform you by email when the order is ready for collection. Orders can be collected between 9am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). | AvailablityEstimated Availablity is shown for most products and gives an estimate of how long it will take to reach you based on the known stock levels, which are updated daily. eg For items that are in stock you can expect to receive the product within '1 - 2 days' (if you are in the UK). | | Some products are available with UKAS calibration, giving you extra confidence in the product's measurement accuracy. The product comes with a UKAS calibration certificate, giving details of the actual test value and measured value of the product at each point of calibration.
These products are only available at the stated price with the specific stated calibration points. We can only offer our exceptional prices on calibrated items because of our automated procedures and the large quanities of items we calibrate, therefore these items are not available with different or additional calibration points, unless specifically stated otherwise.
If you require a product calibrated differently to those available on the TMS Webshop please contact us for a quotation to your requirements.
Please note for some items the acutal calibration points may vary slightly from the nominal calibration point. Eg a nominal 250°C calibration may actually be carried out at 260°C.

TMS Europe customers with an active 30-day payment terms account can have this account activated on the TMS Webshop, allowing you to buy products from the Webshop and pay on account.
Regular customers of the Webshop can apply for 30-day payment terms account for the Webshop. | InvoicesInvoices will be sent by email in PDF file format to the email address used when placing your order.
Webshop Account holders can specify a different email address or request invoice by post. |
