Our industrial thermocouples are lower cost alternative to noble metal thermocouples, they are rugged and maintain temperatures and accuracy up to 1100°C.

Industrial thermocouples suitable for a wide range of industrial processes, 6mm diameter, in 250mm, 500mm, 750mm, 1000mm and 1500mm immersion lengths. Type J & K have 25/20 stainless steel sheaths and type N have inconnel sheaths, they are capable of withstanding temperatures in the range of -100°C to +1100°C.
All units are fitted with compact weather-proof connecting head to IP67.

The head is IP68 rated, with a 20mm cable entry and ceramic terminal block for thermocouple cable connection.

Type K simplex thermocouple assembly comprising of a 3mm diameter mineral insulated inner thermocouple, in a stainless steel outer sheath, 15.9mm in diameter and choice of lengths below a weather-proof head. The head is IP68 rated, with a M20 cable entry and ceramic spring loaded terminal block, ensuring good contact between the tip of the thermocouple and bottom of the outer sheath.
